Sean L. Walgren is a member in good standing of the South Carolina Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Mr. Walgren is authorized to represent clients in all immigration matters before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS, formerly INS) and other relevant agencies of Department of Homeland Security, and before the Department of Labor (DOL). Mr. Walgren limits his practice strictly to federal administrative law with a focus on immigration law. After receiving a Bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Massachusetts, Mr. Walgren earned his law degree at the University of South Carolina. He began practicing U.S. immigration law in 1996 while living as an expatriate in Moscow, Russia. Mr. Walgren represented clients at the U.S. consulate and overseas USCIS office in Moscow, and at the U.S. consulate in Kiev, Ukraine. After returning to the U.S. in 1998, he gained extensive experience in all aspects of business and employment-based immigration law, working with Silicon Valley and San Francisco clients in high technology and bio-technology as well as medicine, architecture, education, and finance. Since relocating in 2004 to Austin, Texas, a major center for advanced computer manufacturing and research, Mr. Walgren has continued to focus on business and employment-based immigration law. |
